Welcome to Bible Chat AI! Bible Chat AI is a service that connects WhatsApp to ChatGPT, a product by OpenAI. Bible Chat AI is a product by Setter AI LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bible Chat AI service ("Service") and constitute a legal agreement between you ("you" or "user") and us. ("Bible Chat AI", "we", "us", or "our"), a subsidiary of Setter AI LLC. By accessing, installing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Bible Chat AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

Content Disclaimer

Bible Chat AI is not responsible for the content generated by the Service, as it has no influence on how the content is generated. Users must be aware that generated content might include false information, could be subject to copyright, and may not be suitable for commercial use. Users are solely responsible for fact-checking and ensuring that they have the necessary rights to use generated content in any manner they choose.

Data Storage and Privacy

Bible Chat AI temporarily stores messages sent by users in order to provide conversational context to the content generated by the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that Bible Chat AI will store your messages for this purpose. Bible Chat AI AI will not share or use your messages for any other purpose. Limitation of Liability
Bible Chat AI serves only as a bridge between OpenAI's ChatGPT and WhatsApp and is not responsible for any content provided by OpenAI. Bible Chat AI will not be held accountable for any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service, including but not limited to any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content generated by OpenAI.

Bible Chat AI reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide reasonable notice, either by posting a notice on our website or by notifying users through the Service. Termination
Bible Chat AI reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service, without prior notice, for any reason or for no reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bible Chat AI is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

These Terms, together with any other legal notices and agreements published by Bible Chat AI, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bible Chat AI.
